Supported by the Sangha of DDM Taiwan.   This year the retreat will be held at Hourne Farm, East Essex, just over an hour’s journey from London.</div>

<p id="ecxyiv505751098yui_3_2_0_19_135023519857242">Richard has been a practising Buddhist since early 1970s. At first he followed the Tibetan tradition, then in 1988 he started to follow the Theravada path which he studied at the London Buddhist Vihara <a href="http://www.londonbuddhistvihara.org/" target="_blank">http://www.londonbuddhistvihara.org/</a>. Since then he has been a regular supporter of the Vihara, teaching some of the classes and generally helping the monks with drafting articles and talks.</p>

<p>Who are Tzu Chi?</p>
<p>Tzu Chi Foundation International is an organization dedicated to helping the world by encouraging recycling, mainly in the east, encouraging healthy living in a multitude of ways including vegetarianism and cultivation of spiritual wellbeing, as well as disaster relief missions all across the world.</p>
